Spinal Flow® Taster Days - Truro

If you’ve been curious about Spinal Flow or wondering how your body might respond, I’m opening a few weekend slots for gentle taster sessions.

These sessions include a full Spinal Flow Assessment (normally part of the first session) and a short Spinal Flow taster, so you can experience the work in a calm, spacious way.

The space I work from is only accessible by stairs.
