Spinal Flow® Technique
The modality founded by former chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford.
Spinal Flow® Technique has its roots in the philosophy, science, and touch of the spine and nervous system.
The technique transforms people’s well-being by connecting them to what already works in their bodies and expanding that to allow the Spinal Wave to flow from the coccyx to the cranium.
What are the spinal blockages?
Our bodies hold signs and symptoms of the stress we’ve experienced throughout our lives, and the Spinal Flow technique calls these Spinal blockages. There are three types of stress that cause spinal blockages – chemical, physical or emotional stress.
Sometimes blockages that we are seeing with our clients have been there for a really long time. They create a little bit of havoc in the system, and a big compensation can happen.
When we start to help our clients with decreasing the blockages their life changes.
Their life changes because the brain can feel more parts of the vertebra, and there is more movement that comes through. The brain is able to feel more of the sickness, there is less compensation going on and everything changes. Everything changes in their nervous system, in their brain, in their world.
What can the Spinal Flow® Technique help you with?
This would be a very long list, I prefer to ask questions:
- Do you want to deal with life stresses better?
- Do you want to help your body
let go of the past, that prevents you
from moving forward?
- Do you want to experience a deeper connection with yourself,
with your own body?
- Do you want to help your body to release the stress it's holding back?
How to start your Spinal Flow journey?

- Show up with openness and curiosity

“In my experience, stress is the number one cause of pain and symptoms like depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, sleep problems and digestive issues.”
“The 7 gateways of the spine tell us so much about how a person has lived and experienced life, but more importantly where they hold stress.”
